Cosmi Player - third-party library rights

For copies acquired through Microsoft Store, the Standard Application License
Terms applicable to that acquisition govern Cosmi Player, subject to the
third-party library exceptions in this notice.

Third-party components retain their own licences. Their applicable licences
govern your rights to those components and take precedence over conflicting
application terms. No application term limits rights granted by those licences
to use, copy, modify or redistribute the covered components.

Certain Microsoft runtime files use the Microsoft .NET Library License or
Windows SDK terms identified in Licenses/Microsoft/SCOPE.txt. Those applicable
terms govern those files; use them as part of Cosmi Player, and obtain the
applicable licence rights for any separate use or redistribution. Preserve
Microsoft and supplier notices. These component-specific terms do not restrict
the LGPL permissions for the separate covered playback libraries below.

Cosmi Player uses libraries covered by the GNU Lesser General Public License
(LGPL), including LibVLCSharp, LibVLCSharp.WPF and covered native playback
libraries and plugins. LIVE555 library code is included in the RTSP plugin.

To the extent required by the applicable LGPL, you may modify the combined
work for your own use, including replacing or relinking covered libraries with
compatible modified versions, and reverse engineer the work to debug those
modifications. Application restrictions on modification, reverse engineering
or working around technical limitations do not restrict these permissions.

Cosmi Player remains a separately licensed commercial application. This notice
does not relicense its proprietary application code under the LGPL. The
third-party components' licences, notices and applicable source and installation
information remain part of the library compliance materials for each release.

This notice preserves library rights; it is not a substitute for the complete
third-party licences, corresponding source or replacement instructions.
